Job Description

We are seeking a Financial Accountant to join a growing organisation operating within the property and real estate sector, supporting a diverse portfolio of development, investment, and operational projects.

The business operates in a dynamic, multi-entity environment and continues to expand, offering strong exposure across financial reporting, project activity, and senior stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Month‑end close and management accounts preparation
• Financial reporting across multiple SPVs
• Loan reporting and covenant compliance
• VAT and regulatory reporting
• Supporting audits, budgeting, and forecasting
• Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Fully qualified ACA/ACCA with 1‑year PQE or part‑qualified with 3/4 years of relevant industry experience
• Experience in property development, construction or funds industries advantageous
• Strong technical accounting knowledge
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
