Job DescriptionFinancial Controller, Pharma Start Up, Dublin Our client are at an exciting phase in their journey, they are seeking to recruit their 1st hire in finance to create a robust finance structure and take full ownership of the function reporting directly to the founders. Intially working remotely this role will offer a huge amount of flexibility. The Position This is a high profile role at a pivotal time for the business and will grow along with the business.

Reporting to the founders this is a hands on role initially with the scope to develop in line with their growth plans. Key areas of responsibility will include: Management of the day to day finances eg AP, AR, Payroll Preparation of financial accounts and analysis Implementing scalable finance structure Define finance processes and procedures across Europe Corporate finance activities including raising funding Budgeting and forecasting Cashflow management Tax and statutory returns Build and develop finance team Operational involvement This is a unique opportunity to join a growing business as they are about to enter into the next phase of their business, it will offer the induvial a chance to get involved from the beginning and play a huge part in the business with a change of share options in the future. The Person: To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience: Qualified Accountant with relevant experience VC Tech experince advantageous Strong technical skills Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong communicator Self-motivating and able to work on own initiative Interested in this role?
