## Job Description

We are hiring a **Business Analyst**to support and evolve a major lending platform built on **FIS ALS**. You will own the analysis that turns business need intodeliverable, well-governed change across the lending lifecycle — fromrequirement elicitation through functional/technical specification and intotest and release.

You will be thebridge between Product Management, Product Owners, Scrum Teams, business usersand leadership.

### Responsibilities

- Gatherand document business requirements from stakeholders.

- Runworkshops, interviews and requirement elicitation sessions.

- Analysecurrent- and future-state lending processes.

- ProduceBusiness Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)and user stories.

- Defineacceptance criteria and business rules.

### FIS ALSfunctional analysis

- Understandand analyse ALS functionality across Loan Origination, Loan Servicing,Commercial Lending, Credit Facilities, Collateral Management, and Customer& Facility Management.

- ConfigureALS parameters (incl. PARMS) to business requirements.

- Analysethe impact of changes on existing lending processes.

- SupportALS upgrade and enhancement initiatives.

### Technicalbusiness analysis

- Preparedetailed functional and technical specifications.

- Analysesystem interfaces and data flows.

- Workwith developers on API integrations, batch processing, file-based interfaces,and data mapping & transformation.

### Requirements

- Proven Business Analyst experience in banking / lending (loanorigination and/or servicing, commercial lending, credit).

- Hands-onexposure to FIS ALS — ideally modules such as Servicing Manager,PARMS configuration, Escrow , Loan Origination or Loan Servicing.

- StrongBA craft: BRD/FRD, user stories, acceptance criteria, current/future-stateprocess mapping.

- Requirementselicitation via workshops and stakeholder interviews.

- Abilityto specify interfaces, batch, file-based feeds and data mapping betweenALS, Core Banking and Treasury.

- Comfortablequerying data for validation (e.g. SQL / Foxtrot queries , RDBMSconcepts).

- Experienceacross tiered environments (Dev / Test / UAT / Pre-Prod / Production / DR).
- Deliveryof regulatory / compliance-driven lending change.

- Awarenessof the mainframe stack underpinning ALS (COBOL / JCL / DB2 / CICS / Coolgen) —enough to converse with developers.

- Priorwork on ALS upgrades, patches or vendor (FIS) releases .
