## Job Description

Have fun while telling people, to the core, what The Drill is.

You’ll work directly with the founders to figure out creative, crazy and effective ways to get The Drill in front of more people.

Scout places for popups. Find communities, events, colleges, gyms, offices or random spots where The Drill should be. Come up with ideas. Execute them. See what works. Do it again.

Basically, take The Drill out into the real world.

- Brainstorm with the founders on ways to make The Drill more visible.

- Scout and crack interesting locations for popups and activations.

- Lead popups end-to-end — from finding the place to actually making it happen.

- Explore collaborations with brands, creators, communities and anyone who can help us reach more people.

- Talk to consumers, understand what clicks and bring those learnings back.

- Try things. Fail. Learn. Try something better.

- Come up with ideas that we haven't thought of yet.

Honestly, we're not looking for a particular degree or a fancy resume.

We want someone who is curious, creative, street-smart and loves making things happen.

Someone who doesn't wait for a brief.

If you think of a place where The Drill should be: go find out how to get us there.

If you have an idea : try it.

If it fails : figure out why, and obviously we are failing with you so doesn't matter.

Be the owner.

This could very well become your vertical to own, especially if you bring something to the table that isn't our forte.

Come have fun. Build stuff. Get your hands dirty.

And go tell people what The Drill is.
