About Zentry
Zentry is an early-stage startup building smarter access, convenience, and technology solutions for properties and hospitality-related businesses. We are currently bootstrapped, have secured our first pilot, and are focused on turning early traction into repeatable growth.
We are looking for a high-performing business development and sales professional who wants to get in early, work directly with the founders, and help build the sales engine from the ground up.
The Opportunity
This is a founding-level opportunity for someone who can open doors, build relationships, generate a pipeline, and help convert early momentum into paying customers.
You will work closely with the founders to:
- generate new business opportunities
- build strategic partnerships
- create and manage pipeline
- help refine the sales approach and go-to-market strategy
- support Zentry’s growth beyond the pilot stage
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Generate and qualify leads through outreach, networking, and direct prospecting
- Build relationships with decision-makers in hospitality, real estate, and property-related businesses
- Set meetings and move opportunities through the pipeline
- Support founder-led sales conversations and help drive deals toward close
- Provide market feedback to strengthen positioning, outreach, and sales strategy
Who We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in business development, B2B sales, partnerships, or growth
- Strong communication, presence, and follow-through
- Comfortable operating in an early-stage startup environment
- Able to generate your own pipeline and create opportunities
- Existing network in hospitality, real estate, property tech, or related B2B markets is a strong advantage
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strong ownership mentality
Compensation
This is a commission-based opportunity designed for a high performer.
- 10% commission on closed deals generated from company-provided leads
- 15% commission on self-sourced closed deals
- 20% commission on the first 2–3 closed deals or high-value deals, subject to agreement
- Commission term: up to 12 months on eligible revenue from closed accounts, based on collected revenue
