- Production & Assembly: Assemble, stack, wrap, strap, glue, label, sticker, and tape corrugated boxes, displays, and retail packaging components.

- Machine & Line Support: Feed raw materials into production, converting, and printing equipment while assisting machine operators as needed.

- Material Handling: Load and unload raw materials, finished products, freight, and supplies from trailers and containers using manual or mechanical methods.

- Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications and are free from defects.

- Production Goals: Maintain expected production rates while following work instructions and quality requirements.

- Housekeeping: Keep workstations clean, organized, and free of hazards in accordance with 5S and plant housekeeping standards.

- Safety Compliance: Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements. Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including hearing and eye protection.

- Teamwork: Communicate effectively with supervisors, machine operators, and coworkers to support daily production needs.

- Previous experience in general labor, warehouse, production, or manufacturing is preferred.

- Entry-level candidates willing to learn are encouraged to apply.

- High school diploma or GED is preferred.

- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.

- Reliable attendance and punctuality.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

- Willingness to follow safety procedures and wear required PPE.

- Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.

- Frequent bending, twisting, squatting, reaching, and repetitive movements.

- Ability to work around manufacturing machinery, noise, and varying temperatures.

- Ability to safely perform assigned duties in an active industrial production environment.
