General Operative - Food ProductionLocation: Outskirts of Coleraine

Pay Rate: £14.90 per hour (depending on location of work)

Contract: Temporary to Permanent (after 13 weeks)

Shifts: 3-4 days per week, rotating days and nights (6am-6pm / 6pm-6am) MPA Coleraine is currently recruiting a reliable and hardworking General Operative to join a busy and well-established food production facility based on the outskirts of Coleraine. This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term employment with the potential for a permanent position after 13 weeks. The Role

You will play a key part in supporting daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are maintained at all times. Key Responsibilities: Carry out a range of general operative and manual handling duties as directed by the Supervisor Assist with loading and unloading of goods and materials Operate machinery and equipment safely (full training provided) Maintain high standards of cleanliness and housekeeping within the work area Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations Candidate Requirements: Ability to work effectively as part of a team Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to work Good communication skills Physical fitness to undertake manual tasks Previous experience in a food production or manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential What's on Offer: £14.90 per hour Weekly pay Holiday fund Rotating 12-hour shifts (days and nights) on a 3/4 day working week Opportunity to secure a permanent role after 13 weeks This role would suit a motivated individual looking for stable work with long-term career potential in a fast-paced production
