## Job Description

Job Type: Permanent position | Full time position

Job Description

A long-established medical practice situated just 10 minutes from Melbourne’s CBD in the vibrant inner-city suburb of Brunswick is seeking an unrestricted VR General Practitioner to join its collaborative and welcoming team. Situated in a culturally diverse, sought-after location with excellent transport links, the modern facility features top-tier practice software like

Best Practice and Cubiko, alongside convenient onsite pathology and allied health services. Clinicians are backed by an exceptionally strong support framework, including dedicated practice nursing, comprehensive administrative staff, Chronic Disease Management (CDM) assistance, and tailored marketing support designed to help grow and maintain a thriving patient base. Operating under a busy mixed-billing model with high established patient demand, the practice offers complete clinical autonomy, giving doctors the freedom to practice on their own terms while exploring special clinical interests.

Practitioners can tailor their full-time, part-time, or after-hours schedules to build an optimal work-life balance, supported by fixed-term financial incentives and flexible service agreements. The practice deeply values continuous professional growth, providing ongoing CPD support, peer collaboration, and mentoring pathways. Nestled among Melbourne’s iconic Merri Creek trails, renowned coffee culture, live music venues, and world-class dining, this non-DPA opportunity offers an outstanding career trajectory paired with an enviable cosmopolitan lifestyle.
