### The Practice

- 100% Bulk Billing practice with guaranteed income for the first 3 months

- Established site with over 30 years of history (formerly Seaford Physio)

- Recently rebranded as a comprehensive medical care clinic

- 7 consulting rooms and 1 treatment room

- Treatment room with full-time nurse onsite

- Good Admin support: 2 receptionists & 2 practice managers

- Best Practice software & Online bookings via HotDoc & HealthEngine

- Allied Health & Pathology onsite

- Imaging to be introduced in the future

- Pharmacy directly across the street & Radiology located nearby

- Opening hours Mon-Fri: 9am - 6pm & Saturday: 9:00am - 2:00pm
