This role will also involve supporting the implementation and maintenance of Group Finance SOx controls. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to assist with a range of ad hoc finance projects and provide support to the wider Group Finance team, with a focus on improving processes and gaining broad exposure to financial reporting in a large group environment ### Here's what you'll be doing: Support the monthly consolidation process of the Inizio Group accounts, including profit & loss, balance sheet, and cash flow reports. Support the implementation and monitoring of financial controls across the Group. Help prepare materials and documentation for internal and external audit queries. Contribute to the preparation of the Group's statutory financial statements (consolidated and standalone). Partner with internal stakeholders to help improve financial and statutory reporting processes. Build relationships with teams across the business to ensure accurate and timely data sharing. Provide general support to the Group Finance team, including assisting with ad hoc financial analysis. **What you'll bring:** Qualified Accountant (ACA or ACCA) with 2 years PQE from a big 4 accounting practice background. Industry experience in a large organisation, Private Equity owned, or PLC environment. Consolidation experience is essential with proven experience of preparing or auditing management/statutory accounts for a large organisation. Communicates openly. Teamwork and collaboration and the ability to build effective partnerships with all stakeholders. Proven record of achievement, with specific examples of process improvement achievements. Displays strong attention to detail and has experience working to tight deadlines. Excellent IT/financial systems experience.
