Job Title:Growth & Performance Marketing SpecialistRole OverviewWe are looking for a data-driven Growth & Performance Marketing Specialist to support the execution, optimization, and scaling of paid marketing campaigns.This role will work closely with the marketing leadership team to drive lead generation, improve campaign performance, and optimize the marketing funnel across digital channels.Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance MarketingPlan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across:Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)LinkedIn Ads (essential for B2B campaigns)Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)Manage campaigns focused on lead generation and conversionsConduct audience targeting, keyword planning, and A/B testingCampaign Optimization & AnalyticsTrack and optimize key performance metrics such as CPC, CPL, CTR, CPA, and conversionsMonitor campaign performance and recommend data-driven improvementsPrepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insightsTracking & SetupSet up and manage conversion tracking, pixels, and event trackingWork with Google Analytics and basic dashboards for performance monitoringEnsure accurate and consistent data tracking across campaignsFunnel & Lead Generation SupportUnderstand marketing funnels and customer journeysCollaborate with content and design teams to enhance ad creatives and landing page performanceSupport initiatives to improve lead quality and conversion ratesCollaboration & ExecutionWork closely with content, design, and social media teamsExecute campaigns as per strategy and provide performance-based feedbackRequirementsExperience: 1-3 years in performance or digital marketingHands-on experience with:Google AdsLinkedIn Ads (strongly preferred)Meta AdsCore SkillsStrong understanding of performance marketing metrics and funnelsExperience in lead generation campaigns (B2B preferred)Familiarity with Google Analytics and advertising dashboardsUnderstanding of campaign structure, targeting, and optimization techniquesGood to HaveExposure to B2B, Technology, SaaS, Cloud, or Data Center domainsBasic understanding of landing page optimization and conversion rate improvementAbility to interpret data and recommend actionable insightsAI Tools (Good to Have)Familiarity with AI tools for ad copy suggestions, creative testing, and workflow efficiencyEducationBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related fieldCertifications in Google Ads, Meta, or LinkedIn are a plusKey TraitsData-driven and result-oriented mindsetStrong attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to learn and take ownershipCompensation & DetailsExperience: 1-3 yearsLocation: Noida Apply below or share your profile at
