**Gynecologic Surgeon Physician Partner Opportunity** **Maitland, FL (Greater Orlando)**

Board-certified **gynecologic surgeons** (or OB/GYNs) are invited to bring outpatient GYN procedures to a **physician-owned multi-specialty Ambulatory Surgery Center** on the **4th floor**. With strong growth in outpatient gynecology and a $34.6M independent physician market in the area, this is an ideal opportunity to combine clinical autonomy with meaningful equity ownership while keeping your independent practice and referral base.

- $50K buy-in for a 1% equity share (max 2 shares)
- Facility projected to generate $28.3M revenue in Year 1 across 6,310 cases
- 20%+ projected IRR
- $4.46M estimated value of 1% share at Year 10
- Distributions projected to begin in Year 2

**Eligible procedures** include: hysteroscopy (diagnostic/operative), laparoscopic procedures, endometrial ablation, D&C, LEEP/cone biopsy, tubal ligation, and other eligible outpatient gynecologic cases.

**Ideal for** a board-certified OB/GYN or gynecologic surgeon with an established outpatient volume and referral base within 1 hour of Greater Orlando who wants better scheduling, superior economics, and long-term equity partnership in a physician-governed ASC.
