Industry Gambling & Casinos Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is seeking a Head of CRM for Prediction Markets to take on a pivotal leadership role in a dynamic, event-driven betting platform. The successful candidate will be tasked with owning the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding to win-back, and will be instrumental in fostering high-frequency trading habits that convert first-time sign-ups into long-term traders. This includes designing and implementing real-time engagement strategies across various channels, such as push, email, SMS, and in-app messages, all tied to live data events. The role demands a data-driven approach, with a focus on turning insights into timely guidance for traders and optimizing the platform's active trader base during major sports moments. Key responsibilities for the Head of CRM include designing the end-to-end CRM lifecycle journey, creating second-screen live game engagement, segmenting users by trading behavior and preferences, and optimizing for lifetime value and churn prevention.
