Head of Performance Marketing # Head of Performance Marketing 3Search ## Job Description Head of Performance Marketing DTC Health & Wellness Brand £85,000 - £100,000 + 20% Performance Bonus London (2-3 days per week office) We are working with a high-growth DTC Health & Wellness brand who are hiring for a Head of Performance Marketing to take ownership of their next phase of digital acquisition. This is a newly created leadership role offering genuine scope to shape strategy rather than inherit a fixed playbook. Reporting directly to the Growth Director, you'll inherit a high-performing team, meaningful budgets, significant senior visibility and the autonomy to reshape channels, creative strategy, agency relationships and future hires. This role will suit someone who is already operating at "Head of" level, has "been there, done that" in another DTC business and has proven team leadership experience.
