## Job Description

For our client, we are seeking a Healthcare Core Market Lead to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will partner with sales leadership, HR centers of excellence, and cross-functional stakeholders to align talent priorities with commercial execution.

The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a Real Estate & Construction environment.

Location: Seattle, WA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $220,000 – $285,000 annually

### Responsibilities

- Organize and coordinate industry events and conferences

- Capture and share industry metrics and lessons learned internally

- Serve as project executive for preconstruction and construction projects

- Assist in developing regional core market sales plans

- Recruit talent to support core market endeavors

- Cultivate and promote national relationships

### Qualifications

- 15+ years of commercial healthcare construction experience

- Extensive background in core markets with varied project types: hospitals, ASCs, MOBs

- Proven industry leadership with a strong network of relationships

- Experience in business development and project management in construction

- Desire for DBIA certification and design-build experience
