Pay & Benefits:

- Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (Note: pay discussed upon application, see pay package details below)

- Pay package: Competitive annual salary ranging from $489,000 to $543,000, with eligibility for quality and productivity bonuses

- Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit

What You ll Do:

- Provide comprehensive outpatient hematology and oncology care at UCHealth Cancer Care and Hematology Clinic Memorial Central

- Support outreach clinics in Lamar and Trinidad ( 2-3 hours travel from Colorado Springs), approximately 6 days per month

- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, APPs, nurses, and social workers

- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical growth activities

- Utilize the EPIC EMR system for patient documentation and coordination

- Share limited call responsibilities within your team

- Contribute to delivering equitable cancer care to underserved populations

What You Need:

- Valid Colorado medical license or ability to obtain one

- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Hematology and Oncology

- Passion for rural outreach and patient-centered care

- Strong communication and collaboration skills

- Willingness to travel as required ( 6 days/month)
