**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Act as a strategic HR partner for the Supporting Functions areas **(Finance, IT, R&D, Procurement, Legal & Corporate Affairs)** in Brazil, leading the execution of the people agenda aligned with the business strategy. In this role, you will consolidate information and guidelines at the regional level (LATAM) and connect with global stakeholders to ensure the alignment of organizational structures and talent management processes. 

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Business Partnering (Brazil – Main Focus)**

- Support Supporting Functions leaders in defining and executing the people strategy.
- Translate business needs into tactical HR plans (short and medium-term).
- Identify organizational risks and propose solutions regarding structure, people, and culture.
- Act as a consultant on decisions related to organization, structure, and team sizing.

**Organizational Structure Management**

- Lead organizational review processes, including restructuring, role design, and spans & layers.
- Conduct analyses and propose structural changes, such as new roles and realignments.
- Ensure all structural changes are aligned with regional and global guidelines for approvals.

**Talent and Succession**

- Implement and monitor talent management cycles, including assessment, calibration, and succession planning.
- Ensure the consistency and quality of performance and potential assessments.
- Design development plans for key talents and critical successors.
- Connect local agendas with global processes.
- Design training and development programs for leadership.

**Regional Interface (LATAM)**

- Consolidate Supporting Functions information across the region (Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, LDM).
- Ensure consistency of HR criteria, processes, and metrics across LATAM.
- Support the alignment of regional decisions based on data and analytics.
- Collaborate with smaller markets to ensure adherence to guidelines while maintaining operational simplicity.

**Global Interface**

- Act as the primary point of contact for the alignment of global HR processes.
- Ensure strict adherence to global policies and frameworks.
- Submit and defend proposed organizational changes for global approval.
- Participate in global people and talent forums and projects.

**HR Process and Project Management**

- Lead the implementation of core HR processes (performance, talent, succession, engagement, and culture).
- Lead highly complex projects with cross-functional impact.
- Ensure consistent execution and high-quality delivery of all HR processes.

**REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS**

**Technical Skills & Requirements:**

- Bachelor’s degree completed.
- Solid experience in Human Resources, preferably in an HR Business Partner (HRBP) role.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, including Talent, Performance, Succession, and Organizational Design.
- Proven experience in organizational design and structural management.
- Strong analytical capacity (people analytics and insights).
- Experience working in a regional and multicultural environment.
- Experience conducting and managing development programs.
- Advanced/Fluent English (mandatory).
- Spanish is desirable.
