## Job Description

🚨 We‘re Hiring | HR Executive (Payroll & Compliance)

**Location:** Noida Sector 16

**Salary:** Up to ₹25,000 per month (Based on Experience)

**Experience:** 1–3 Years

**Qualification:** Graduate (Any Discipline)

Are you an experienced **HR Executive** with expertise in **Payroll, Statutory Compliance, and HR Operations**? We‘re looking for a dedicated professional to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Process end-to-end payroll for **1,000–2,000 employees**.

✅ Manage payroll through **HRMS/Payroll Software** and manual processing.

✅ Handle **PF, ESI, TDS, Professional Tax**, and statutory compliance.

✅ Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records.

✅ Manage onboarding documentation and employee lifecycle processes.

✅ Prepare payroll, MIS, and compliance reports.

✅ Ensure timely statutory filings and compliance with labour laws.

✅ Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for payroll-related activities.

Required Skills:

✔ Payroll Processing

✔ PF, ESI & TDS Compliance

✔ Labour Law Knowledge

✔ HRMS/Payroll Software

✔ MS Excel & Google Sheets

✔ Attendance & Leave Management

✔ Strong Communication & Analytical Skills

Preferred Candidate:

- 1–3 years of experience in Payroll & HR Operations.
- Experience handling payroll for 1,000+ employees.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
