Job Description Manage HR operations and strategies for the APAC region, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention processes to support business growth. Develop and implement HR policies that comply with local labour laws and regulations. Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
Collaborate with regional leaders to identify and address workforce development needs. Handle performance management, including appraisals, feedback, and development plans. Monitor and manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts effectively.
Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to support strategic decision-making. The Successful Applicant A successful HR Manager (APAC) should have: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in HR management within the business services industry.
In-depth knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and compliance requirements. Strong skills in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management. Ability to work effectively in a multi-regional, large organisation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
