## Job Description

### Summary

The Human Resources Manager oversees the administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resources functions and duties. The HR Manager carries out responsibilities in some or all the following functional areas: development, HRIS, employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organization development, executive administration, and employment. The HR Manager helps with the implementation of company services, policies, programs and assists company managers with HR issues.

### Summary of essential job functions

- Monitor staffing logistics. Performance management and performance improvement tracking.

- Employee orientation, development, and training logistics and recordkeeping.

- Assists with employee relations; Company employee communication.

- Compensation and benefits administration and recordkeeping.

- Employee safety, welfare, wellness, health reporting and site inspections; and employee services.

- Maintenance of employee files and the HR filing system.

- Ensures the day-to-day efficient operations of the HR office.

### Requirements

### Minimum requirements

- Two to three years’ recent Human Resources experience required.

- Possess effective problem-solving skills.

- Have good multitasking skills, ability to meet multiple deadlines under pressure and demonstrate high confidentiality.

- Knowledge of recruitment process, basic labor law and worker’s rights.

- Competent keyboard skills to produce accurate and well-presented reports.

- Able to present information in various types of formats.

- Should be an effectual communicator verbally as well as through writing skills.

- Should be committed to diversity and equality culture.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.

- Able to deliver effective results, meet tight deadlines and targets.

### Abilities required

- The employee is often required to sit in front of a computer for long periods.
