HR Administrator

**Salary:** £35,000

**Location:** West End, London (4 days office-based, 1 day from home)

**Type:** Full-Time, Permanent

About the Company

Our client is a leading global organisation with a collaborative, fast-paced culture and a strong focus on employee experience. Are looking to appoint a proactive and enthusiastic **HR Administrator** to join their busy HR team based in London's West End.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with around **12 months of HR administration experience** who is looking to broaden their exposure across all areas of Human Resources within an international business.

The Role

As HR Administrator, you will provide essential support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring HR processes are delivered efficiently, accurately and professionally. Working closely with the HR Business Partners and wider HR team, you will assist with onboarding, employee records, reporting, HR systems administration and day-to-day employee queries.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide administrative support across all areas of the HR function.
- Coordinate new starter onboarding, including contracts, references and right-to-work documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and update the HR system in a timely manner.
- Prepare HR documentation, including contract amendments, confirmation letters and employment correspondence.
- Support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews and liaising with candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist with the administration of employee benefits and HR policies.
- Manage HR inbox queries and respond to employee requests.
- Produce regular HR reports and support data audits.
- Assist with probation, performance review and learning & development administration.
- Ensure all employee files and HR records are maintained in accordance with company policies and GDPR requirements.
- Support HR projects, initiatives and process improvement activities as required.

About You

- A minimum of 1 year's experience in an HR Administration or People Administration role.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Experience maintaining HR systems and employee records.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, approachable manner.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive, adaptable and keen to develop a career within Human Resources.
- CIPD Level 3 qualification or studies towards CIPD would be advantageous but is not essential.
