The Position
Organization : - Jubilant Pharmova LimitedJob Title: Manager/ Sr Manager - HR Analytics Function: Human Resources - Analytics / CoE Location: Noida Reporting to: Head - Talent Development Role PurposeThe Manager - HR Analytics will play a critical role in enabling data driven people decisions across a global, multi geography environment. The role will support leadership and HR stakeholders by delivering workforce insights, predictive analytics, drive AI led automation in analytics and standardized HR reporting aligned to global governance, compliance, and business priorities.Key ResponsibilitiesHR & People AnalyticsDevelop and manage enterprise level HR dashboards and analytics for: HR operations key metrics Attrition, retention, and critical talent risk (especially for niche skills / billable roles / R&D talent)Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) metrics aligned to global standardsDeliver actionable insights for HR leadership, business leaders, and global stakeholders through high impact storytelling and visualizations.Support strategic workforce planning Build predictive models for attrition, hiring demand, skill gaps, and succession risks etc.Systems, Data Governance & CompliancePartner with HR Operations, HRIS, and IT teams to ensure: Data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across HR systems (Workday / SuccessFactors / ATS / LMS)Adherence to global data privacy, audit, and compliance requirements (DPDP,GDPR, internal audits, pharma quality systems).Define and institutionalize standard HR metrics, definitions, and reporting frameworks used across regions.Stakeholder & Global CollaborationAct as the HR Analytics SPOC for global HR teams, Present insights, trends, and recommendations in global reviews, leadership calls, and governance forums.Support HQ led initiatives and ensure India data alignment with global reporting norms.Automation & Analytics MaturityDrive AI led automation and self service reporting using various tools.Reduce manual reporting through scalable dashboards and standardized analytics packs.Contribute to building a strong people analytics capability and roadmap for the organization.

Education & ExperiencePostgraduate degree in HR, Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.8+ years of experience in HR / People Analytics, preferably in: Global Capability Centers (GCCs)Pharma / Life Sciences organizationsIT Services / Technology driven environmentsExperience supporting global or multi geography stakeholders prefer
