### Human Resources Director

Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)

$160,000-$200,000 Base + 10-20% Performance Bonus

We're partnering with a rapidly growing organization seeking an HR Director to lead all HR and Talent Acquisition functions across the company. This role is ideal for a leader who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, building processes from the ground up, and partnering directly with executive leadership to drive business growth.

### Responsibilities

- Strategic HR leadership and business partnership

- Company-wide recruiting and workforce planning

- Employee relations, compliance, compensation, and benefits

- Performance management, succession planning, and employee development

- Partnership with safety and operations teams on OSHA, workers' compensation, and risk management initiatives

### Requirements

- 7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience

- Experience leading both HR and Talent Acquisition functions

- Construction, engineering, manufacturing, or other regulated industry experience

- Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and compliance

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
