What we expect

- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle\n 
- Handle Employee Lifecycle processes such as confirmations, contracts, performance evalutaions, grievance resolution & exits, etc.\n 
- Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of HR data, reports, attendance, and employee records\n 
- Understanding of employment contracts and collective agreements\n 
- Strong knowledge of German labor laws\n 
- Highly motivated individual with a strong willingness to learn, adapt, and deliver results.\n 
- Strong communication skills in both German and English, with proficiency in written and spoken forms\n 
- ERP and office knowledge to present KPI's\n
