Job Description Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Industrial Electrician to join our team at our facility located in Decatur, AL, 35601. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety. Responsibilities 
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in an industrial setting.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform diagnostics to identify problems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes.
- Collaborate with other trades and departments to complete projects efficiently.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems.
- Document all repairs, maintenance, and inspections accurately.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in electrical technology.

Qualifications 
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an electrical apprenticeship program preferred.
- Valid electrician's license or certification in the state of Alabama.
- Proven experience as an industrial electrician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and components.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
