## Job Description

🚀 **We’re Hiring: Inside Sales Executive – HRMS (Darwinbox)**

**Location:** Remote

⏳ **Experience:** 3+ Years

⚡ **Notice Period:** Immediate Joiners Preferred

We are looking for a **result-driven Inside Sales Executive** with experience in **HRMS / HR Tech SaaS sales**, preferably with **Darwinbox**. If you are passionate about selling innovative HR technology solutions and enjoy engaging with HR leaders and decision-makers, this opportunity is for you.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Generate new business opportunities through **cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and inbound leads**

• Promote and sell **Darwinbox HRMS solutions** to **HR Heads, CHROs, and business leaders**

• Understand client HR needs across **payroll, attendance, performance management, recruitment, and employee lifecycle management**

• Conduct **product demos and virtual presentations**

• Manage the **end-to-end inside sales cycle** from lead generation to deal closure

• Maintain a strong **sales pipeline** and achieve monthly/quarterly targets

• Work closely with **pre-sales and implementation teams** for smooth onboarding

**Required Skills:**

✔ 2+ years of **Inside Sales / SaaS / HRMS Sales** experience

✔ Experience selling **Darwinbox HRMS** (preferred)

✔ Strong **B2B sales experience** with HR decision-makers

✔ Excellent **communication, negotiation, and presentation skills**

✔ Experience using **CRM tools and managing sales pipelines**

⭐ **Preferred Experience:**

Experience with HRMS platforms such as **Zoho, Peoplestrong, Keka, GreytHR, SAAS or Workday**.
