The Inside Sales Representative will focus on generating leads and managing client accounts within mixed sales cycles. Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role concentrates on selling industrial products, maintaining strong product knowledge, and ensuring excellent customer follow-up without any travel requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead generation and client outreach
- Account management and sales reporting
- Customer follow-up to maintain relationships
- Develop and maintain product knowledge
- Collaborate with Sales Manager to meet sales targets
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years in sales experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience with ERP systems
