Responsibilities

- Our Personal Lines Account Manager performs the essential duties of managing a book of established business.

- An authentic desire to help clients with their insurance needs and to do that honestly and with the customer's best interests in mind.

- The ability to cultivate new business with both existing and new accounts is also a critical function of this position.

- Skill and proven success in quoting & writing new personal lines policies with multiple companies.

- The individual who fills this position is the Personal Lines link between the company, clients/prospects and the multiple insurance carriers represented by the company.

- Foster strong relationships with our clients to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.

Requirements

- 3-5 years' experience working in an independent insurance agency.

- A Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license in good standing.

- High level customer service skills including being a great listener, responsive, efficient, and well-spoken.

- The ability to juggle multiple tasks and unexpected issues graciously and with effective time management.

- Excellent phone and written communication skills

- Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
