## Job Description

**About the Role:**

AAFT Online is looking for a qualified and enthusiastic Interior Design Faculty to join our oncampus academic team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in interior design with 4 to 5 years of experience in industry practice and/or teaching. This role demands a balance of design expertise, software proficiency, market knowledge, and academic mentoring skills, enabling the faculty member to guide students effectively across both creative and analytical domains. 

**Key Responsibilities:** 

• Conduct theory and practical classes in Interior design, ensuring strong conceptual and applied learning. 

• Conduct sketching & drafting classes to strengthen students’ design fundamentals and visualisation skills. 

• Develop lesson plans, project briefs, and assessments in alignment with course objectives. 

• Mentor and evaluate students through regular reviews, assignments, and Vivas. 

• Coordinate with the Program Leader and Academic Dean for curriculum development and planning. 

• Encourage student participation in creative projects, workshops, and interdisciplinary collaborations. 

• Maintain academic records, attendance, and grading systems as per institutional standards. 

• Stay updated with industry trends and bring real-world insights into the classroom. 

**Requirements: |**

• Relevant Qualification in Interior Design/ Architecture 

• 4–5 years of relevant experience in the Design Industry, with exposure to interior projects. 

• Proficiency in 3Ds Max + V-Ray and AutoCAD will be an ADD-ON 

• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
