## Job Description

**Job Role: Project Manager (Luxury Residential Projects)**

**Location: Mumbai**

**Experience: 2-7 Years**

**Budget: Best in the industry**

**Key Profile:**

- Conduct detailed technical site surveys including measurements, wiring layouts, ceiling details

and site readiness.

- Own complete project execution after order confirmation.
- Prepare and coordinate wiring layouts, lighting placement drawings and automation layouts.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, electricians and installation teams.
- Monitor execution quality, timelines and compliance with drawings.
- Supervise lighting installation, smart automation installation, programming, testing and

commissioning.

- Resolve technical issues proactively and ensure timely project completion.
- Conduct final inspections, system demonstrations, documentation and client handover while

maintaining the highest quality standards.

**Skills:**

- • Interior Designer or Project Execution professional with strong residential site execution
- experience.
- 4 - 6 years of experience in Lighting, Interior Fit-outs, Interior Design, Smart Home Automation or
- Luxury Residential Projects.
- • Strong understanding of electrical wiring, lighting layouts and execution planning.
- • Excellent stakeholder coordination, documentation and project management skills.
- • Confident personality with the ability to independently drive multiple projects.
- • Comfortable travelling across Mumbai project sites.
