## Job Description

- Troubleshoot and repair residential electrical systems

- Install and upgrade electrical equipment, wiring, lighting, panels, and services

- Perform electrical safety inspections and identify potential hazards

- Read plans, diagrams, and installation instructions as needed

- Communicate clearly with homeowners and help them understand their options

- Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites

- Complete documentation, photos, and notes for each project

- Follow all applicable electrical codes and safety standards

- Work alongside apprentices and help develop the next generation of electricians

- Current Kansas Journeyman Electrician license

- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

- Solid understanding of the National Electrical Code

- Experience working independently in occupied homes

- Professional appearance and communication skills

- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement

- Ability to lift, climb, crawl, and work in attics, crawlspaces, and other residential environments

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

- $30-$45 per hour based on experience and performance

- Full-time position
