Role Overview:We are looking for a vibrant and enthusiastic Community Manager who will be the voice and energy of our growing community. If you love engaging with people and want to help women take charge of their finances, this role is for you! Key Responsibilities:• Engage and moderate our Facebook and in-app community-approve posts, respond to queries, and escalate issues to the relevant teams when needed• Ensure all community interactions align with Facebook community guidelines and platform best practices• Manage and moderate live sessions, coordinate promotions, and share creative requirements with internal teams• Plan and execute the community calendar, schedule posts, and drive app downloads while achieving defined targets• Actively push and grow the community across relevant groups and platforms• Coordinate for community partnerships, collaborations, and community-led initiatives/programs• Inspire and guide women in the community to take charge of their financial journey

Requirements:• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• High energy and a community-first mindset• Well-versed with Facebook community guidelines and moderation practices• Enthusiastic about building and scaling communities through partnerships and initiatives• Ability to multitask and coordinate across teams• Passion for empowering women, especially in finance
