The ideal candidate will be passionate about early childhood development and skilled in delivering activity-based, child-centric instruction that aligns with the CBSE early learning framework.Key ResponsibilitiesLearning Environment: Build a nurturing, secure, and engaging classroom atmosphere for children aged 3-6 years.Child-Centered Teaching: Deliver lessons using interactive activities, play-based learning, storytelling, phonics, art, and music.Progress Tracking: Observe, assess, and document developmental milestones and learning progress.Classroom Culture: Establish routines, reinforce positive behavior, and create a happy and disciplined environment.Parent Partnership: Maintain open communication with parents to share feedback, learning updates, and address developmental needs.Professional Growth: Take part in ongoing training, peer collaboration, and curriculum enhancement discussions.Qualification RequirementsAny recognized Bachelor's or Master's degreePreferred: Candidates with a Diploma / Certification / Training in Early Childhood Education, Montessori, or Pre-Primary Education from a reputed institutionStrong verbal and written communication in EnglishA natural affinity for working with children, along with creativity, patience, and emotional intelligenceFamiliarity with phonics instruction, sensory learning, and child-friendly digital tools is desirableExperience BandsFounder Level: 1-3 years of classroom experience in early childhood education.
