## Job Description

Executes SOP-driven scientific protocols and workflows at customer facilities (e.g. media/buffer prep, solvent/reagent mixtures, filtrations, material weighing, physical testing), ensuring consistency, data integrity, and adherence to regulatory standards. Tasks may also include preparing routine laboratory solutions, performing environmental monitoring and testing activities, and/or end-to-end handling of customer-designed chemical samples. May ensure operational readiness through routine checks, setup, breakdown and support of critical laboratory equipment.

Addresses challenges that are often undefined or frequently changing, applying past experiences and selecting solutions from available alternatives. Collects, documents, and organizes data and observations, ensuring clarity and accessibility for review and analysis by research teams. Communicates with internal teams and customer contacts, providing or obtaining information that often requires detailed explanation and context.

Contract: Full-time | Initial 1-year contract with the possibility of conversion to a permanent position

- Perform cleanroom cleaning and disinfection activities in accordance with established procedures.
- Prepare cleaning and disinfection solutions for controlled and GMP-regulated areas.
- Provide support for GMP compounding and production activities.
- Ensure laboratory and production support tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping, compliance, and documentation within controlled environments.
- Support operational readiness and contribute to the smooth running of production activities.
- Provide cross-functional support to other departments as required.
- Follow all safety, quality, and GMP requirements while performing daily activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and service delivery.

- Degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent relevant experience.
- Previous experience working in a laboratory, production support, or GMP-regulated environment is preferred.
- Experience performing similar laboratory or production support activities is highly desirable.
- Proactive and effective communicator.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a regulated environment.
- Comfortable following procedures and maintaining compliance standards.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to manage workload effectively and prioritise tasks.
