**Laundry Aide** 

**Ensure Comfort and Cleanliness for Our Residents at Pomeroy Living!** 
**Pomeroy Living is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Laundry Aide to join our dedicated team. You will play a crucial role in providing a clean, comfortable, and homelike environment for our residents by ensuring their personal laundry and facility linens are handled with care.** 
**Responsibilities:** 
- Laundry Operations:Wash resident clothing and facility linens according to established company policies and procedures.
- Sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute laundry items efficiently and accurately.
- Operate and maintain laundry equipment, ensuring proper functionality and reporting any malfunctions.

- Quality & Care:Handle resident clothing and linens with care, maintaining their quality and appearance.
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, including proper handling of cleaning supplies and equipment.

- Efficiency & Organization:Maintain a clean and organized laundry area.
- Adhere to department procedures and cleaning schedules.
- Ensure linens are cleaned to department procedures and cleaning schedule.

**Qualifications:** 
- Demonstrate honesty and integrity in the care and use of resident and facility property.
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal directions.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with staff and residents.
- Ability to lift and carry light objects up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic.
