## Job Description

Lead Low Voltage Technician

We are looking for an experienced Lead Low Voltage Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is a dependable leader with strong technical skills who can manage a crew, communicate effectively with customers and project managers, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise a team of low voltage technicians on commercial and residential job sites.

- Install, troubleshoot, and service low voltage systems, including structured cabling, security cameras (CCTV), access control, alarm systems, audio/video, and network infrastructure.

- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.

- Coordinate daily tasks, materials, and job site activities.

- Ensure all work meets company standards, local codes, and safety requirements.

- Train and mentor team members while maintaining productivity and quality.

- Communicate project progress and any issues with management and customers.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in the low voltage industry.

- Previous experience leading a crew or managing technicians.

- Strong knowledge of structured cabling, networking, CCTV, access control, and related low voltage systems.

- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

- Professional attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills.
