**Qualifications**

- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Active Health & Life Insurance License or willingness to obtain (study materials and state fees provided)
- Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional experience(Relevant sales, leadership, or athletic experience considered)

**Compensation & Growth**

- 1099 independent contractor role (self-employed, not a W-2 employee)
