### Pay & Bonuses

- $7,000 Sign-On Bonus (Full-Time)

- Attendance Bonus: +$2.00/hour

- Loyalty Bonus: +$2.00/hour

### What You’ll Do

- Provide direct nursing care to residents

- Administer medications and treatments

- Work closely with RNs, physicians, and care team

- Support individualized care plans

- Help maintain a positive and compassionate environment

 

### Qualifications

- Active LPN license in Ohio (required)

- New graduates welcome

- Long-term care experience is a plus, not required
