Sign on bonus: $7,500

Prairie Village Healthcare Center is currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to provide accurate assessment, oversight and monitoring of residents conditions to maintain optimal resident care and medical management to ensure early detection of changes in condition. Applicants must be able to promptly evaluate, treat and document accordingly. Applicants must maintain good working relationships with all team members including outside providers in a professional manner.

Must possess an active Illinois license.

**12 hour shift available 7AM-7PM**
