**Position:** **Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)**

### Role Overview

This **LPN day‑shift contract** offers a high‑volume, full‑time schedule for a dependable nurse who delivers consistent, skilled care. You’ll work closely with RNs and clinical staff to support patient treatment plans, maintain safety, and ensure accurate documentation throughout each shift. 

### Key Responsibilities

- Medication administration and adherence to facility protocols
- Patient assessments including monitoring conditions and reporting changes
- Wound care, dressing changes, and routine nursing procedures
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized patient environment
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care plans
- Accurate charting and communication with supervising nurses

### Contract Details

- 13‑week assignment
- 48 hours per week (typically four 12‑hour shifts)

### Requirements

- Active LPN license
- Current BLS certification
