**Shifts available: Day 7a-7p Night 7p-7a**

- Pay rates: $24.75-$28.50
- Full-time, Part-time, & PRN positions

**Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) requirements:**

- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Ohio license
- Completes facility-conducted orientation, mandatory training, and in-service programs.
- Previous long-term care experience is preferred
- Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing, and possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks required
