## Job Description

Looking for a skilled attorney to join our busy insurance defense firm.

Minimum requirements to be considered for the position:

* JD degree from an excellent, ABA-approved law school 
* Active member in good standing with the Nevada State Bar 
* Litigation experience in insurance defense preferred but not required 
* Responsibilities include motion practice, discovery disputes, conducting depositions, making court appearances and trial preparation. 
* Excellent oral advocacy and written communication skills.

Compensation commensurate with experience. Updated resume required to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
