**Position:** Agent Engineer
**Type:** **Contract**
**Compensation:** **$100–$500/hour**
**Location:** **Remote**

**Role Responsibilities**

- Build and operate LLM agents in production environments. 
- Ensure agent reliability and evaluate performance improvements. 
- Manage long-running processes like scheduled jobs and cloud sandboxes. 
- Develop internal monoagents and shared company memory systems. 
- Enhance agent visibility and cost tracking for organizational use. 
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet project goals. 

**Qualifications**

**Must-Have**

- Experience in building and operating LLM agents. 
- Proven track record of improving agent reliability and performance.
