About the Position TransForce is seeking a CDL A Driver to support local operations based in Kansas City, KS. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

Pay & Schedule Details 
- Pay: $29.80 + OT after 8 hours 
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, some Saturdays, starting between 12:00-1:00 AM, with 10-12 hour days 

Job Details 
- Route Type: Local, home daily 
- Freight: Touch Freight 
- Equipment: Manual trucks - NO AUTO RESTRICTION 
- Handling: Tanker endorsement required 

Key Responsibilities 
- Operate a truck to collect fabrication material from various locations 
- Transport freight in accordance with DOT and company safety standards 
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections 
- Maintain accurate logs and paperwork 
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, operations, and customers 
- Required to walk, stand, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crawl, and crouch 
- Occasionally push and pull up to 75 lbs 

Minimum Requirements 
- Must possess a valid Class A license 
- Must be 21 years of age 
- Must have a high school diploma or GED 
- Will take new graduates 
- MUST HAVE TANKER / NO AUTOMATIC RESTRICTIONS 
- Must be able to handle outside elements 
- Ability to work well with internal staff and external customers 
- 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience preferred 
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record 
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
