Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting for Primary Care Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to work locum shifts in Stoughton, Wisconsin (WI) for two different opportunities. Starting ASAP, these roles offer ongoing work with a competitive market rate and benefits.

The Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Role:

Stoughton

Duration: ASAP - 12/30/2026

Need: Full-Time

Schedule: Mon, Tue, Thu (8a-6p), Wed (8a-4p), some Fridays

Patient Population: Ages 2+ (primarily adults)

Setting: Primary Care & Occupational Health

Required Skills: Workers' Comp, Women's Health, etc.

Staffing Model: 1 Provider + 1 MA

Stoughton

Duration: ASAP - 12/25/2026

Need: Part-Time

Schedule: Fridays (8a-12p)

Patient Population: Ages 2+

Setting: Primary Care & Occupational Health

Required Skills: Workers' Comp

Staffing Model: Provider Only

Onsite Dispensing: Yes

Requirements of the Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Role:

Active Wisconsin NP or PA license

Primary Care experience

Occupational Health experience preferred
