The position focuses on contributing to smooth shipment processes through documentation, scheduling, and accurate data management without travel requirements.

**Responsibilities**

- Enter and manage shipment and inventory data accurately
- Prepare and maintain documentation for freight forwarding activities
- Schedule shipments and coordinate logistics with team members
- Support customer inquiries professionally and promptly
- Keep detailed and organized records for internal and external use
- Facilitate communication between departments and clients
- Process orders and assist with reporting tasks
- Perform general office administrative duties as needed

 

**Required Qualifications**
