**Shifts: PT/FT/PER DIEM**

Experience:

- Nursing, 1 year (preferred)
- EMR systems, 1 year (preferred)
- LTC, 1 year (preferred)

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) to join our team. You will work under the supervision of a registered nurse. LPN Professionals must be qualified and have a compassionate nature. The ideal candidate will be experience in providing diverse basic care to our residents.

Responsibilities:

- Administer prescribed medications timely, clean and dress wounds. Assist with other basic medical care tasks.
- Collect samples for lab testing as assigned
- Provide psychological and emotional support when needed
- Communicate with patients' family to provide advice, comfort and discharge instructions
