**Now Hiring: Machine Operator - 2nd Shift**

**Location:** Minonk, IL
**Starting Rates:** 
- Machine Operator A: $23.75
- Machine Operator B: $20.50
- Machine Operator C: $19.50$2.50/hr Shift Premium IncludedClassification based on experience and skills test performance

**Machine Operator Responsibilities:** 
- Safely operate first-cut machines and related production equipment
- Follow blueprints and specifications to ensure product accuracy
- Recognize and troubleshoot machine malfunctions independently
- Operate overhead cranes with attention to safety protocols
- Maintain production flow while achieving daily quality standards
- Assist with training new team members and transfers
- Keep work areas clean and compliant with safety/quality standards Total Rewards You'll Love:

**Qualifications:**

- Technical certification or equivalent on-the-job machine operating experience
- Mechanical aptitude and strong math skills
- Demonstrated ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Experience operating overhead cranes in a safe, efficient manner
- Proven ability to spot and resolve machine issues
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Physical ability to manually lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long durations
