At Charter Steel in Saukville, WI, we melt, pour, and shape the steel that keeps America moving - and we're looking for dependable people who want to be part of that process. 1 Positions Available Draw Machine Operator 5pm to 5am $26.50/hr - Operate coil upender, compactor, and payoff equipment. - Operate hydraulic and pneumatic hand tools - Transport, handle, and package coils according to Material Design Sheet (MDS) requirements. - Accurately enter production data into computer systems. - Safely operate a forklift - Maintain effective communication with production and support teams. - Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures. - Frequent standing, walking, kneeling. Push/pull, and lifting up to 20lbs. Reaching over 15" away from your body - Rotating 5-2-2-5 Schedule. 12 hour shifts. 5 nights on, 2 off, 2 on, 5 off! What We're Looking For: - Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
