**Location:** Brook Park, OH – Brookpark Road Area

**Pay:** $17+/hr, depending on experience, skills, and abilities

**Shift:** 1st Shift – Monday – Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm, occasional Saturday OT
**Job Type:** Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Must be willing to submit to a Nationwide Background Check and a Pre-Employment Drug Test.

Crucial Link is hiring an experienced **Machine Operator** for a manufacturing company in the Brook Park, OH area. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous machine operating experience who is reliable, mechanically inclined, and looking for a long-term position.

**Position Overview**
The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating production machinery, monitoring quality, performing basic machine adjustments, and keeping production moving efficiently and safely.

**Responsibilities**

- Operate manufacturing/production machinery according to company procedures
- Load and unload materials or parts as needed
- Monitor machine operation and report issues or malfunctions
- Inspect parts for quality, accuracy, and defects
- Use basic hand tools and measuring tools as required
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all safety rules and production guidelines
- Meet daily production expectations
- Assist with other manufacturing duties as needed

**Requirements**

- Previous machine operator experience is required
- Must be mechanically inclined and comfortable working around machinery
- Ability to read basic work instructions and follow directions
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are required
- Ability to stand for the majority of the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
